I bought and electric bike in the store and im having problems with the battery after one month the issue still going on and looks like nobody care as the warrancy cover the battery and they have to replace for free

Bought a pannier bag in this store. After less than two weeks of light use the anchoring hook broke. The first thing the cashier said when I returned the faulty item is he cant do anything. First time I heard this in any store! After insisting in returning it he offered exchange at which point I had to involve the manager to get a refund. Rubbish service.

Excellent service from Omar and Corey in particular. I went to collect my Zobop ebike a couple of weeks ago but despite everyone's best efforts on the cycle desk an error code from the battery prevented me from taking it away. Corey the bike technician wasn't there at the time but fixed it up so it was ready to ride next day. I went back a few days later and he changed over the basic pedals the bike was supplied with to some DMRs I bought elsewhere. He also set up the front and back suspension specifically for me... Both jobs took less than 15 minutes and both were done free of charge. I will add I got the bike when it was on sale and via the cycle to work scheme so overall a total bargain and a lot of fun to ride. I could not be more satisfied with the service or the product... A grateful customer here... Many thanks.
