Took a tumble dryer to be repaired! I understand that he hasn't repaired and I'm not happy with the service when collecting my tumble dryer back it had dents on the side and badly scratched as charged me 45 for not really doing anything to it. So I would never recommend this company.

I can easily see why this company has so many great reviews. There customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to offer help with all appliances.

Can't fault the service at Dads. An immediate response to my message even though it was a Sunday. The day my new dishwasher was delivered and due to be installed the guys saw that the pipe was split (thankfully or I'd have been in trouble when I used it.) A replacement pipe was ordered and the installation rescheduled. Fast, efficient service and very friendly people. My only downside is the actual machine. It doesn't seem to dry properly and the top basket is too low causing the washing arm to knock on plates and the cutlery in the bottom basket which has made it fall off occasionally. It doesn't look like it can be adjusted?? This doesn't take away the service from Dads, the above isn't their fault and I would definitely recommend and use them again.
