The Shrubbery Surgery

My sister has been trying to make an appointment for weeks now and no joy. They dont pick up their phones and when they do the receptionist are very rude and abrupt. Its so fustrating that even when you go to the surgery its the same. They are not helping at all.

On hold for 50 minutes and when you finally get through they don't answer the phone. Shocking service

Im not usually one to leave reviews, but I was so outraged I felt the need to leave one, I have had a medical for the last month and because I start work before 8 oclock, Im unable to call Up at eight and sit there and make a appointment , so I decided to call and try to book a appointment for perhaps next week or sometime in the near future. I was told that this was not the system and that you have to because at 8 oclock and that his house every surgery works , upon expressing my dissatisfaction with this, the receptionist, then hung up on me, and that was the end of that. I have worked in customer service front of house roles for many years I was not rude in anyway I was polite as I always am and that conversation should of ended with a thank you and goodbye from both end instead, she just hung up the phone , so I decided to call back and my call was not answered so I guess she decided not to answer calls from my telephone number .
