        This is why I pay for business collections. Rude, arrogant people. Wouldn't believe that my parcel is the correct size, then questioned the weight when I have paid the correct postage. Due to lockdown I couldn't get my collection today so I thought I'd use a smaller post office to help other small businesses. Sadly it's usually the same across most post offices that I go to (except the Eltham branch), hence why I try to never visit them. I send 200 parcels per week and they seem to think I don't know what I am talking about. Such a shame.
