No words, just stay away. I will be removing my child from this setting. I thought this was the best childcare company but Im far from impressed, feel sorry for the children and staff .

The whole team and setting are professional, caring and go to the top to help. My daughter has progressed in their care amazingly.

In terms of the care given, Katy specifically is a star, she's just brilliant and genuinely cares for the kids. The food provided, the activities and the facilities are good too. It's a shame however, we couldn't rely on them, last minute noficafions regarding staff shortages the day before our child was due to attend were common. From a business management perspective, its dire and this has a huge impact. This also came though in the communication, inconsistent responses to inquiries, poorly constructed communications generally and a lack of respect to parents hence why our child is at another nursery. The issues showed no signs of abating with no communication to highlight any efforts of mitigation, it all felt very reactive. I appreciate there are broader issues in terms of the market but now we have a comparator, we understand that Busy Bees problems are worse, hence I would not recommend this nursery in its current state.
