We were seriously impressed with Fiveways. The showroom was great since we had space to talk and think, yet with helpful information and advice on-hand when we asked for it. Then the delivery was excellent with helpful tips on installation. We are extremely pleased with fire which is great quality, made all the better with the 'Fiveways experience' :) We recommend them without reservation.

I had a problem with my hole in the wall Burnley gas fire this was in May 2019 you made a house call but did not resolve the problem at that time. I made a wasted journey putting all the details and the manuals to your shop,approximately 4 months later i visted your showroom to now buy a new gas fire chose the model i wanted and then i waited for a time slot for a new inspection at my house. This never happen so i went some where else within 3 weeks of making my order this other company came round and installed it so this the reason why i have rated your company with only one star.
