A terrible dealership now, and to be honest for as long as I can remember. A different manager every time you ring up (as theyve left or been sacked), and thats if you can get through on the phone at all. No leadership from the Ford company, who own this site - they couldnt care less, and no other Trust Ford sites ANYWHERE in south or south east London Rather than sort this place out and/or open a better site like this area needs and deserves, Trust Fords solution? well just close this one down, like we did in Medway too, and stuff all the Ford owners so it shuts this month (nov 22) even if youve already got a service booked in! Well never mind you can take 2 hours each way to drive to Alperton or something! I wont be buying another Ford car due to their contempt for care once youre their customer over the last 10 years. Disgusting.
