New Eltham Medical Centre

This is ridiculous GP. Call and wait an hour, the lady answered and I only heard she said no screen and hang up the phone. This is not the 1st time I had experienced bad and rude treatment from them. I don't want to call you, I called you because I sick. Terrible GB. I with them for few yrs not once I can get their help. I think health minister need to to look into it and I will make a complaint to the local minister.

It is with great frustration that I must advise against the use of this practice. In my extensive experience, I have never encountered service as poor as that provided by the New Eltham Medical Centre. When I recently moved to the area and had to change my practice, I made the unfortunate decision to register with them. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them throughout the week, my calls went unanswered. Eventually, after waiting for 30min I managed to get through to someone who informed me that they were fully booked and only offered same-day appointments, with no option to book in advance. They even instructed me that they only take appointments at a specific time. If this is the standard response given to all patients, it is no wonder that the centre is always fully booked.

The GP prescribed me a medication thats no longer manufactured so I call back the next day to let them know. They said the GP will send over a different Rx ans to call back again at 1pm, call back and they say call back at 3. I call back at 3:30 and someone woman tells me thats not how this works and offered no help.
