So I decided to get a perm and this was the only salon available. I feel bad because my husband booked it and wasted 85 for something I could have just done myself. The perm was not done properly or professionally. When I got there the shop was still closed and then the lady said she couldnt put really thing rods in my hair because it was too think, this is rubbish as Ive had this done before with smaller rods. I had 3 different people dealing with my hair, one who wasnt even a hair stylist. My hair isnt even curly anymore after the next day, they didnt even use any source of heat for the curls of the perm. I wont be going back here as this is the second bad experience Ive had with them. How they have 5 stars baffles me. The ladies who own the place are nice but thats not the point, you want the full package! Service: Perms
