Also, he spent time with thepatient to discuss with me and my wife for different design options in order to make sure we understand the outcome of the new extension and how to use the new spaces with the existing house. Ray provides a personable and friendly architectural service, he spent huge amount of time to talk us and explained how the planning system works in the UK. He went to great lengths to ensure that his designs will suite our house and family of 4, of course, it also suite our budget. Ray also guided us through the overall construction process from start to completion, throughout the process, Rays attention to detail was exceptional and delivered concepts and plans that not only hit our brief but far exceeded what we believed could be possible. Ray really understood what we were trying to achieve and highly recommend him and his practice.

Ray passionate about his job , very dedicated what he doing , 5 stars no doubt ! He had done a good job submitting a Change of Use application for a beauty shop convert to a Caf in London, Ray provided plenty of good ideas and designs for us to plan the conversion, and he spent time explaining the pros and cons for each option, Ray has also done nice perspective drawings for the proposed designs, so that we will be better understand the outcome of the proposed design. We are so glad that we obtain the consent after a long negotiation with the planner; many thanks to Ray followed this application with precision and patience with the case planner. Highly recommended.
