        My partner and I recently visited Winchester caravans. We ended up buying a caravan from the company. The whole experience has been an absolute delight! Russell and Steve ( and the team) were professional, polite and informative. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking at buying caravans/motor homes to visit this company...absolutely exceptional!

        Very helpful staff, had a problem with a water pump, was going to purchase a new pump ,a member of staff took our pump and tested it said it was fine , he said it may need priming and he promptly tested it again in water, try that now , there was no charge for this service and when we tried the pump on our caravan it worked fine saving us the price of a new pump. Rare customer service and willing to help top mark's.
