I would like to say that as in all care companies there is good and bad, there are some absolutely amazing carers who work hard for Whispers who genuinely care about us clients, who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, especially in the lock downs. I am thankful to my carers who keep me at home and independent, they are little earth Amgels. In am ideal world there would be continuity of care, and only a handful of carers on your rota, but we don't live in an ideal world sadly. I would recommend Whispers, having been with them since they started, and I have been having carers in via various companies for many many years.

Absolutely disgusted with the care for their staff. My friend/ their employee has just had a serious fall off a horse and seriously injured.. she rang the company immediately to tell them, despite not due to work today & even though this should NOT have been her priority for them to moan and accuse her of lying by replying 'well when did this happen' as shes laying in an ambulance being rushed to hospital... Then huffed and said 'fine we'll cover your next shift' - no i hope you're ok... what has happened? is everything ok? NOTHING... absolutely DISGUSTING

Only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. Unprofessional and inept management...messed up time and again and only ever responded by sending emails to staff, their only reply to the many complaints we made. 18 different carers in a week, only wore ppe after many complaints, and after all this sent an email about how they would send care rotas a week after we informed them our mum had passed away! Terrible service

I find Whisper Care to be excellent and am confused by previous reviews. The carers are very friendly, kind and professional putting on new clean PPE on every visit to date!. There standards of service and quality meet and actually exceed my previous Carers, focusing on my mothers Dementia care needs with kindness and care. The management team responded quickly and efficiently on the rare occasion I needed to contact them. I have No concerns only praise for there excellent staff!

Awful agency, do not reply to emails or phone calls, no continuity of staff, 18 shifts = 15 different carers! Dirty contaminated PPE constantly put in our recycle bin despite numerous requests for this not to happen, it continues to happen which in the middle of pandemic is a health concern. Standard of care is questionable at times!
