Booked in a bike for a service.
Turned up and they claimed it wasnt booked it. 3 days later I had to call to find out he had done nothing, and not even looked at what I asked them to. Then still wanted payment for something that wasnt done.
Also claimed that the bike wouldnt pass a MOT due to some other issues. Took it elsewhere and it passed.
I wouldnt advise anyone to go here. But this was my experience here and want to let others know.
Up to you what you want to do, but not the 1st to complain about poor service
