I had several meetings with the senior management of Evalian over a potential role within the organisation. During the recruitment process, we spoke at length about the data protection industry as well as the work Evalian undertakes for its clients. I found the process to be open, honest and professional at all times. Even though I ended up being unsuitable for the position advertised, the company still contacted me at a later date about working together in some other capacity. More discussions followed (at a time convenient to me) which included advice on how I could proceed in the data protection industry.
