Struggle to award one star, had to make an appointment via e-referal, surprise surprise only appointments available were for Southern Health Appointments. To my cost I found out why, my appointment was at Romsey no option if I wanted an early appointment. Arrived vey good Dr Could not find notes on system, after examination was told to gradually reduce my medication. Followed instructions until the pain was unbearable and I could hardly get out of bed in the morning. Had to ask my GP he had not received any follow up notes, I should have had a scan, I have heard nothing, follow up nothing. My appointment was 29.11. 19. After a lot of trouble my GP managed to get hold of a letter on 13.01.20, his comment was that he had had a lot of trouble getting details of the consultation. Still nothing about a scan and nothing about a follow up. Useless!
