MDT Design

MDT were highly recommended. After the first meeting I could see why. Really listened to us as a customer and helped throughout the process to make it straightforward. Really polite no pushing or hidden costs, everything was as it was laid out in the first meeting. Would not hesitate to recommend MDT to anyone.

We have used Matt a few times now and most recently he designed a complete re-model of a house we have just moved to. Having looked at a by mber of different designs/drawings of other properties in the area, we always came back to the ones designed by Matt at MDT and we are so glad we moved forward with him. We are in the process now of organising the build since obtaining planning approval and look forward to experiencing the space he has designed for us.

We have recently used MDT to design an extension to our 1930's house, from the initial free discussion to now being at the building regs stage we have found Matt to be quick to understand our vision of what we wanted but also offer suggestions,to ensure the plans meet our needs and expectations. Work on the plans was done quickly and efficiently and if we were not sure of anything it was clarified or altered as needed. The prices for the design and submission to planning authorities were clearly stated at the start of the project. MDT has been an efficient company to carry out our work and I get the feeling that Matt has a wide client base in the area. We would certainly recommend MDT.

Excellent service. Fully explained the planning procedure and took control of the submission from start to fruition. Would use again if ever needed.
