Stayed here recently, the owner was very helpful. But it rained the whole time.

This Campsite is very picturesque, but the activities allowed by the owners/management are disgusting. Whilst on a recent visit with my family I was shocked to see that a FOX HUNT was taking place literally on the camp site! Im disgusted, not only is this inhumane, but it is also illegal. They tried to say it was a trail hunt, but there was a fox clearly seen and the activity was not that of a trail hunt. If you have a young family and/or care about the treatment of innocent animals in the countryside, or you just dont want a hunt going past your pitch and scarring your kids and dogs DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE!!!!

Lovely peaceful sight. Disappointed as we stayed here to go the village pub and it was closed that night.

Lovely site with no overlooking houses and fantastic views over the countryside. We regularly say two different types of owls and lots of rooks etc. There is also a good pub about 300yds away. Will certainly return!
