Hamswell House

During May, my wife and I got married at Hamswell House under the lime tree and we couldn't have asked for a more stunning venue! Pictures do not capture its splendour nor do it justice enough. Being at the front end of our friend group and cousins to get married, the overall sentiment at the end of the night was that we set the bar too high to match and it was largely due to how beautiful the Hamswell House venue was. Rupert was also very friendly, showing us the venue ahead of time, easy to communicate with and helped us arrange several of our key suppliers. Highly recommended venue!

We got married at Hamswell House in August and enjoyed a dreamy weekend on its stunning grounds. Overlooking the Somerset hills on a sunny summer day, the view was picture-perfect and we couldn't have wished for a more romantic and intimate setting. Rupert and team have been helpful throughout the wedding preparation, recommending local suppliers and supporting us in realising our desired set-up for an alfresco lunch. Highly recommended!

My husband and I married at Hamswell House in July. It was an absolutely magical day in a magical setting. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect day. Rupert and the whole Hamswell team are great and helped us with making sure the day went smoothly. A truly unique and special place and a day we will never forget. Our guests loved it and said it was the best wedding venue they had been to!

My husband and I recently got married at Hamswell and all I can say is was that it was absolutely perfect. The house and its grounds provide the most beautiful backdrop to be able to create your dream wedding and have ultimate creativity and flexibility. We had so many compliments on the venue and it felt very special and intimate. Thank you again Henry and team!

We got married at Hamswell in August and it was the most magical and perfect day ever! Both Rupert and Henry from Bath Marquees were so helpful and always responsive with our questions, and our day ran so smoothly. All of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding location - the views are truly stunning and its such a special, unique and intimate place to get married. If youre having a relatively big wedding Id advise putting on a couple of small coaches/buses which is what we did. I would highly recommend getting married here!!
