To be clear, I am reviewing the bed and breakfast known as Hill Farm that Lucy and her husband operate at the same location. My wife and I stayed here in May 2016 while walking the Cotswold Way. Our stay at Hill Farm is one of the most treasured memories from our walk. We couldn't get enough of the hillside setting and views, and the details of Lucy's hosting were delightful. We stayed in the Trough, the room in the former barn, but Lucy also showed us the Shepherd's Hut which looks delightful, and has a great view. The location is about a mile south of Cold Ashton, right on the Cotswold Way. Lucy gives the option of home cooked, frozen dinner, and provides fresh, quality ingredients for a self catered breakfast. She's the wonderfully attentive host and we recommend Hill Farm enthusiastically!
