I booked a cleaning with Jess over 6 weeks in advance since we had special visitors coming and wanted to ensure the house was sparkling. She confirmed the date, time etc. On the morning of, she doesnt show up. I emailed her, called her, texted and DMd on social media to see if she would still be coming that day or not. Its been a week later and shes not been in contact at all to apologise or explain why she never showed up. So unprofessional and disappointing. Service: General housekeeping

Jessica and her team are wonderful. A friend recommended them recently because I was desperate for my house and home office to have a thorough deep clean and refresh before Christmas. They were responsive, flexible, professional and did an excellent job and now I'm going to be a regular client. It is so lovely to have found a team that is so passionate about their work and really listens to what clients want.
