Hill farm bath accommodation

Absolutely wonderful and one of my favourite stays on the Cotswold Way (literally ON the track). If you are looking to overnight somewhere for the final walk into Bath, Hill Farm is it! Lucy was a wonderful host and confirmed my booking despite it being less than 24hrs prior. Comfortable rooms, piping hot showers with every possible item a walker might need - heat bags, bandaids, boot dryers, laundry and kitchenette facilities. Lucy and her husband actually walked the Cotswold Way as 'research' to make sure their accomodation met all the requirements. Highly recommend the 'supper option'. Lovely meals and all homemade locally. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

The kind of welcome, hospitality and accommodation you imagine and hope for along the Cotswold Way. Lucy greeted us by name as if we were long lost friends arriving home, even putting the kettle on for a cuppa. We'd arranged for prepared dinners to warm up, which were simple, tasty fare. Great to have our own separate kitchen space to eat dinner and then have everything supplied to make our own breakfast. The Trough room is cosy, with modern shower room. Lots of attention to detail for the small things you might need, from a water bottle, tape, or first aid kit to muscle rub after those hill climbs! And directly on the Cotswold Way. Truly, the kind of stay you hope for on this kind of adventure! Thanks Lucy!

Ideally located right on the Cotswold Way about 16km from Bath. Friendly welcome and throughout. We were the only guests; only one room in use out of season. We were in a very comfortable new room of reasonable size and well equipped. Good bathroom. Good range of bits and bobs. As it is quite isolated tasty home-cooked food to be microwaved is provided, and pre-ordered drinks. Good breakfast provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. Noteworthy details: Right on the Cotswold Way. Ideal for walkers.

Our favorite stay as we hiked The Cotswold Way. Gorgeous room and our own cozy kitchenette. Laundry facilities. Much needed boot dryer. Delicious meals. Fresh plums and apples from their trees for our packs. Gracious host. Beautiful countryside. Overall a unique experience. We got a very late start the next morning as we didn't want to leave!
