I joined the Learn to Lift Level 1 course as a complete beginner to training with weights. Kelly clearly explained the physiology of strength training and introduced us to the equipment. She taught us several exercises that can be used to target each muscle group and how to execute them safely. Throughout the course, Kelly was friendly and supportive. She offered advice and suggested adjustments to make the exercises more effective. Since completing Level 1 I have joined a gym and feel confident putting together a workout plan using the free weights and machines. I enjoyed Level 1 so much that I have now signed up to the Level 2 course.

I have just completed the Learn to Lift (Level 1) course with Kelly, this is the second course I have done with her, and it was amazing. I wasn't sure if the course would be a bit basic for me as I go to the gym regularly and use weights but I learnt so much. Kelly helped me with improving my form, building my confidence to try new things and go heavier , and I learnt some great tips to achieve better results. I cannot recommend Kelly or her courses enough, I will certainly be booking on for the Level 2 or some PT sessions soon

I cannot recommend Kelly enough! Ive always exercised, but mainly cardio and never felt strong. So my goal was to build strength and tone up my muscles. I first met Kelly when I booked myself onto her Learn to Lift course and I havent looked back! Ive since had one to one PT sessions, shared PT sessions and SGPT Bootcamp. What I like most about Kelly is she provides a vast variety of exercises. The personal training sessions are very different every time so I am never bored. The variety of exercise also allows every muscle in my body to be worked on. I also liked that fact that Kelly took a careful fitness evaluation of me before I started personal training to ensure we were targeting the right muscle groups. Thanks to Kelly, I feel stronger and toned. I am confident to say that Peronal Training with Kelly would make a huge positive difference for anyone. Be warned Kelly is very addictive! She will not disappoint!

I was a complete beginner and needed a female PT after pandemic, and I found Kelly. She is motivating and non judgmental, and also she's got her own gym which makes me relax. And now I've even got more confidence about my life now. Highly recommended!
