Upon my initial order I wasn't able to pay online and told to await an invoice which concerned me a bit. I then further researched some reviews on Google and had a slight doubt ordering due to a few bad reviews but their reputation on ebay was 99.5% positive across over 11,500 transactions and their Google reviews were gained over 6 years + so my initial concerned subsided. I'm pleased to say what I ordered was received the next day with no issues and I won't hesitate to order again. I appreciate their policy on only charging for what they have in stock rather than charge me and then ultimately refund the difference. If only a few other online sellers had the same policy! Very happy client!

AVOID - money grabbing, and terrible customer service. Took a month for them to give me the return address. I paid for return postage. They took 8 out of my refund for their "selling and shipping fees" (because I removed the plastic) when the item was sold with free delivery. Their response was "why should we lose money? We could take 50% of your refund, we are being kind". Amazon refunded the 8

CHECK SELLER RETURNS POLICY - I tried to return an open-box product, but was told I could either get a replacement product once they inspected my return OR a 50% refund. I assumed Amazon would ensure returns requests within 30 days would be honoured but this was not the case (in fact it took me 3 calls to Amazon customer service to get to a final reply). Would not recommend this seller.
