I bought a Audi A6 2016,paid 13,600 for it, after the first few days the multimedia didn't work properly, the manager sent me to a Vat garage but the warranty cover only 500,I asked for the service history of the car, they actually lied to me that they will send by email nothing received,3 months have already passed and nothing, now the engine check light came on, dpf is blocked , no help, I will definitely complaint as soon as possible

First time there! Squeezed round the cars as all very close together. Looked at a few and got in 2-3 and was amazed how grubby they were inside and all smelt fusty. Salesman eventually came out and offered assistance but he was a bit scruffy and not what I expected from a reputable dealer. Needless to say, I want be going back!
