I just wanted to say how happy we were with the service we received from Spencer at Abbey Motors yesterday. He was very friendly and was really efficient at answering all the email queries we had before we came to look at a car we had seen for sale online. The whole process was really straight forward and Spencer immediately put our minds at ease about buying the car. Very helpful, not pushy and not rushed. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

This is a wonderful garage. I cannot recommend Steve and Abbey Motors highly enough. Excellent service and value. Very well worth travelling from Cambridge to Colchester to find exactly the car I was looking for.

Brought a van from these guys this week and couldn't be happier. Living around 150miles away I couldn't of asked more from the service I recieved from Spencer, delivery was easy and was kept informed throughout. 10/10

I travelled from Cardiff to Colchester to view a Jaguar XJL one previous owner, in February 2022. I was greeted by Spencer who was very welcoming and relaxed. He allowed me to examine the car and take it for a spin. To be fair, the car was exactly as described and was in immaculate condition. I bought the car without hesitation, the only hiccup being my bank declining the payment due to the value even though I'd pre warned them. Several frantic phone calls had to be made and by then it was closing time, but Spencer hung on in there till the finances were sorted. I've left it till now to review for one simple reason, I have had the car 14months now, and put 12000 miles on the clock. I even drove it to Scotland and back a couple of weeks ago. The car has been impeccable and not one thing has gone wrong. It flew through the mot and to say I'm delighted with the car is an understatement. So as you can see I'm a very happy customer who wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these guys. They obviously have an eye for quality vehicles and I can't fault the customer service. Thank you fellas for making a long journey very worthwhile. Regards Phil.
