We went in here hoping to eat in as it looked lovely from outside, but they were fully booked. We ordered a takeaway and went to the pub next door while we waited for our food to be cooked. We went back 20 mins later and had to wait just a couple of minutes, which was fine. While we were waiting I suspected one of the waiters was vaping behind the counter, as I saw a cloud of vape smoke go onto someones bread which was immediately taken to someones table then he served 2 main meals with ear buds in. However the food was delicious and good size portions. We would love to eat in but unfortunately this waiter has let us down, so wont be returning. This is disappointing as the rest of the staff were friendly and the restaurant had a pleasant and calming atmosphere. We liked the wooden tables with their unusual shape and the velour chairs looked comfortable.
