        Thankyou too all the staff at greater Anglia, Colchester town/ Colchester North station for providing a wonderful service, Station staff are very helpful, The trains are very clean and every journey is comfortable, Highly recommend.

        Staff member at the ticket office is not helpful and not friendly. I was rushing to collect a ticket for a train coming in 5 minutes. I said excuse me for a few times but the staff member never noticed. I had to knock on the counter window to draw her attention. (Feels like I was bothering her?!) My card was not working when I tapped it, I didnt know whats wrong and what should I do. She was not helpful and just let me being helpless standing in front of the ticket counter. At last I used another card to collect the ticket and run to the platform for the train. (I didnt know that I can use the other card to collect the ticket until I asked!) If you need to take a train here, what I suggest is to get an e-ticket online to avoid any communication with the staff!
