KR Multicase

Fantastic customer service from Adam. I bought a rucksack case from KR last year, used it once and realised it was not right for me. Due to the pandemic my husband and I didn't get to go out again for over 9 months so the case didn't get needed. Booked a game for last weekend and realised I needed to get another case. I contacted KR and asked about the best case to for my trays and was offered comprehensive help. I mentioned the case I already had was in pristine condition and Adam said to send photo's of the case and he'd speak to his manager about options. He got back to me very quickly, confirmed the case I wanted and said they'd do a direct exchange. All I had to do was pay P&P to send back my other case. Once returned they sent out the replacement case in 48hr and it is perfect! Can't describe how pleased I am, will be recommending KR to anyone and everyone! X

Ordered from them a couple of times. Haven't had any queries because their system for ordering is pretty good (Although can be a little confusing at first). You can select your army or specific models and it will show you foam that will accomodate your choice. Had a look at other options but theirs seems the best bang for your buck. The bags you can get to carry the cases are good quality and can fit plenty of models (I've got 1 backpack with 2 sturdy cardboard cases full of foam) each has about 1.5k of Death Guard / Ultramarines respectively with plenty of room to spare.)
