        I called this company as my parents were stuck at Colchester Hospital at 8.15 in the evening and were unable to get their usual local cab company to collect them. The phone was answered by a very helpful lady who arranged for a car to collect my parents from hospital and take them back home to Frinton. They said the taxi arrived promptly and that the driver was very friendly and made sure they were taken back home safely to Frinton on Sea. Very happy with the service from this company

        Absolutely nightmare. Ride, which usually last 40min was115min with the "driver". We get around same roundabout 5times, till he found proper way. So annoying. On the end, when I ask for the recipe, driver demand another 5 for it, when I refuse, he handwrite recipe on the back of companies business card. NEVER again.
