    Booked a car three weeks in advance..then I called 2 days before to double check my car and it was all confirmed. On the day of pick up no taxi. I called to them and they said sorry we have no booking for you the system cancelled it. Shocking and bad customer service. Maybe it's time you got a new booking system!!!!

    Used to use this company quite a bit as were the best in colchester. However constant cancelling of bookings through the app, and drivers turning up late (if they turn up at all) made me look elsewhere for cab services. In fairness, all cab companies in Colchester suffer from the traffic, if just seems that this one are less proactive in sorting this. The one star review is more for the shocking customer service and complaints handling displayed by management of this company. I made a complaint about a journey in which a simple misunderstanding was turned into a full scale arguement by a driver who intimidated my partner, called her a liar over her sons disabilities (Son is autistic, driver didnt believe he was and flat out claimed she was lying) and recorded the whole thing to "send to the police". I filled in a complaint form twice only for the website to not send it due to an error. I Tried again on the app without success so sent an email to an address given my the controller working that night. Two emails sent, no response to either. From now on, if its a choice between walking the 2.5 miles from North station to home or relying on this company, I'm going to walk. I can see by the reviews that the owner of the business sometimes likes to reply to these, so hoping he reaches out before I have to take it further.
