Five Eights

Absolutely awful!!!! Was quoted 25 on the app and then when dropped off it cost 38 because of a diversion which added an extra 3 mins. The driver then who collected us called me for directions after driving all over a golf course! He then reversed all the way down a road because it was closed. Terrible driver- intact very unsafe. Do not use!!!

Awesome experience. Staff on phone was friendly and taxi was on time. Fares are also reasonable intercity and out of city. Would definitely recommend them.

The controller is a lair, rude and dishonest individual. Used the service for school pick up, hes always dispatching the taxi very late or hell just decide to cancel the job.

The driver was wearing earpods and kept accepting the video call from imo, and we were in dual carriageway, it was so risky i would ask five eights to train the driver more, about safety

Had booked for a medical appointment they were 15 minutes late, did not come to the assigned locations while I was waiting in the snow and the rain with my poorly cat. When they saw the cat they also charged me extra which was not displayed in the app. Called customer service later and they shrugged off the situation with no apology for the treatment.
