Application nice and easy to use,driver takes more money then application shows (overcharge)called receptionist nice on the phone promise to resolve/cheating driver but never heard anymore from them,wouldnt recommend it

Booked via their app 2 days in advance for an important dinner party . Got a text 15 minutes before pick up saying car had been dispatched then a phone call 10 minutes before pick up to say the journey had to be cancelled as no taxi available. I was told the prepaid fare would be refunded but there was nothing else they could do totally unreliable service and ruined the evening.

Awful service. Cancelled with no warning, ended up calling them after they were already supposed to be here and all they repeated was yeah were fully booked. No consideration or attempt to resolve the issue and cancelling something after it was due? Useless.
