        Scott provided an excellent service and is an approachable and pragmatic surveyor. He was easy to reach on the phone and happy to discuss aspects of the property both before and after he undertook the survey. Id highly recommend Scott and I will definitely use him next time I look at buying an older property.

        Scott carried out a Listed Building Survey for me on a thatched property In all my dealings with him,he has been helpful and attentive.The survey itself was extremely detailed and supplied all the information needed to make a decision as to how to proceed with my purchase. Many of the surveys I have purchased in the past have been superficial and not sufficiently detailed. So I can definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
