Went into the store just because it was on route to where i needed to go today i made a query about their confectionery offers and price only to get a rude sarcastic middle aged women who thought it was funny in front of her colleague and started laughing after belittling me.
This isnt the first time this has happened its be many times and always seems to be the same female staff members and the fact is if u dont like ur job then leave if ur having a bad day keep it seperate from ur job and remain professional because its not the customers fault.
I work in retail myself and have done for 15+ years so i knw for a fact its important to listen to the customer ,apologise for the inconvienence and deffinitely not be Rude as its the customers that pay your wage and hitting budgets that gives you a job.
Needless to say i took my custom else where in the end the behaviour,atmosphere and sarcasm you get from that store just aint worth your time or your money.
