Alex is a great guy and highly knowledgable. Ive had back problems for years after poor posture sat at a desk and not warming up / cooling down after training. Alex has helped me tremendously with giving advice and sports therapy massages. Couldnt recommend him enough

I've started going to Theorpy Fix Clinic after a sports injury and the team have helped me recover through different treatments offered to me. I've been having sessions every other week for the past couple of months. I have been given a program to work with at home and in the gym the help rebuild my muscles. Very pleased with my treatment this morning. Professional and friendly atmosphere and I have left feeling great! I have been suffering with tight glute muscle problems for a while now, but Alex has been able to sort them out and give me plenty of exercises to improve my condition. I will certainly be going back again and would highly recommend Therapy Fix Clinic to anyone.

Alex is very attentive, ensuring that he dials down on the root causes of the problem before sorting it out. Absolutely worth the time and money.
