Mike Silkstone Sports Massage Therapy

I'm prepping for an over 55 bodybuilding show and everytime I try to get around to a sports massage during prep. I train twice every day and work so it's hard but being older I was determined to find a decent sports therapist. Had my first session today and it was great, Mike listened to my other issues/injuries and done a great job of easing up the tension that builds around my neck back and shoulders during prep. Already organised another two sessions before the show. Highly recommended. Mark Davies.

I wasnt sure what to expect before arrival but Mike was really professional, made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the start. listened with care and worked on my problem areas. Very satisfied. Thanks again Mike.

Excellent service, I had been suffering with neck and shoulder pain, and Mike was brilliant he managed to work and loosen up the area I feel so much better. Mike is professional and friendly , I highly recommend him !

I'm so grateful to Mike already, and I will absolutely be booking another sports massage session. The facilities are fantastic and the gym/treatment area is welcoming and fantastic. Mike himself was amazing and friendly, I cannot recommend him enough.
