I was advised to see Ray, specifically, after years of pain in my lower back and glute medius. Ray is patient, professional, and explains things very well. After having my massage done I felt refreshed and relaxed. Waking up after my first session, I realised that I didnt need to keep on readjusting my position whilst I was sleeping and didnt struggle to get out of bed this morning. My first appointment has already made a big difference and I look forward to seeing to seeing what else I need to do to improve my mobility so that I can start training properly again, and bring more active.

Great massage from Ray at Body Compass. I've suffered back pain for many years and have seen several therapists. He was so knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the excercises, and changes to posture which would support my recovery. Highly recommended
