DFS Colchester

Great service last time I bought a sofa, Great service again this time! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Any jobs going for sofa models?

Very good experience, sales person very knowledgeable on different types of materials on sofas and very helpful, we where very pleased with the service.

Lack of computer systems being available on the weekends to solve issues and a lack of information regarding clearance sofas lets the otherwise excellent team down. A shame.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Would give no starts if i could! We ordered a bed March 2022 and are still waiting for the product described. After taking 3 days off work on separate occasions for a delivery to be made, they never showed up each time. We even had the delivery guy contact directly to say its on the list but he has no product. Once they eventually arrived with the faulty product they sent for a replacement part - we have been left with a bed with staples hanging out the bottom board of the bed. After visiting the Colchester store we was told its not there problem and someone will be in touch, its now been over 2 weeks. Im currently on the phone to a very rude customer services who has left me on hold for 25 minutes for her to get in touch with management if not i have to wait another 72 hours (which is highly unlikely i will hear) Awful service and still waiting!
