My trusty old industrial sewing machine needed some tender loving care as well as a service, it was not new when I purchased it. Was recommended Franklins by another sewing shop, even though they are 90 miles away from me. Rang and asked if they would accept a courier to deliver my machine and upon speaking with Steve who was most knowledgeable and friendly advised that they could service the machine in around a week from receiving it. Our courier delivered it on a Friday and I had a call on the Tuesday to say it was ready for collection. I paid over the telephone and arranged for collection of the machine. What a difference the service has made, has had the timing set properly, throughly cleaned and it looks and works like a new machine. Cannot thank Steve at Franklins enough, I can now make up my items that I have been waiting to. Thank you very much for your help in sorting out my machine. Cannot recommend highly enough, this company and employees, just how a true business should be run. Long may you continue, you deserve every success.
