We were greeted and taken to a table. On ordering our drinks, we were told that no hot drinks were available as the machine had broken down.
On ordering our food, the meal we wanted also was not available.
Perhaps for better customer service, we should have been made aware of these issues when we first spoke to staff.
The food on the other tables appeared of good portion size.
Level access and car park.
Not for us, just our personal opinion, but lacked any refinement and not felt as though we were valued as a customer.
