Prompt replies to any queries. Being a Landlord l dealt mainly with the Accounts Department and l found Stacey to be great. She was professional, and quick in getting any answers l needed.

Sapphire Property Management took our building through the RTM process successfully, Helen and Jeff were brilliant throughout the process. Ellie-Andrea Murphy was assigned as the buildings property manager. Ellie has provided excellent service, and has been actively working to ensure the building is running efficiently and to ensure we are providing optimal value to leaseholders. Ellie has shown professionalism throughout, has been diligent and resilient, and has worked through some difficult circumstances. Thanks Ellie for all of your hard work, its much appreciated! When speaking with other team members, Corrinne and Fraser, they have also been excellent!

Corrinne at Sapphire has been very helpful, answered all my questions and was in regular contact whilst a problem was being sorted for me. Sapphire took over the management of the property I just moved to and the old company where being very difficult, so was good to have someone very knowledgeable and friendly to help sort it.

Wow! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Corrinne from the legal department and I was blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable she was. I am in the process of moving house and contacted Corrinne with various questions that I needed help answering. She was available to speak to me immediately and went above and beyond to get all the information back to me in a very timely manner. I was honestly blown away by her patience, kindness and overall customer service. She is an asset to the business and I really can't thank her enough for making what could have been an extremely stressful and daunting process, a smooth and enjoyable one.
