Liam, Mike and their team have been outstanding in their duty of care to me as a resident of Moreton Bay Apartments. I have been beyond impressed with Liams and Mikes promptness in responding to emails, more often than not, within minutes and beyond impressed with their dedication in offering quick and practical solutions to residents requests. Kudos to Liam and his team:-)

They do not return calls which is not very professional at all. Since the departure of Grant, the property manager who was responsible for the building I live at, things have definitely gone downhill. I do have to add there are still some very supportive people who work at PMS (Sharon for instance who always takes my calls promptly and tries her best to assist). The same cannot be said however for those in positions of responsibility within this organisation.

A very trustworthy, reliable and professionally managed company. Always available for advice and quick to respond to reported problems. Grant Sutton (Property Manager) has always provided expert advice in a timely and professional manner. Grant is definitely the best property manager I have ever known. Please dont leave! 10/10
