Very efficient team and responsive to any problems Ive had in my current apartment, most recently with drainage. Very grateful to be living in a property managed by Block as a young lease-holder, especially after having poor experiences with previous management companies that will mess you about because youre inexperienced! They are very responsive and committed to running our complex to a high standard. Happy to leave a review for them as they deserve some praise for all their hard work

A brilliant management company! Kept my service charge lower than its ever been before. Any problem I had was instantly fixed and they were very helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about your problems and want to ensure your development keeps in the best condition and all their customers are happy. Thank you for all your help :)

The downpipe on our 2-story block (including ground floor) has been dislodged from the guttering for several months now. A simple job to fix. The surface water from the roof, even with the lightest of rainfall has is gathering in ponds at the foot of the foundations to the building. After several emails, phone calls and promises that it would be fixed 'this week' no maintenance man has been. I have offered an alternative solution to fix the guttering, but was promised it would be sorted to what has now become 'last week'. However, the annual service charge bill has been administered nice and early, including a substantial charge for maintenance. I am shocked at such poor service.
