Please beware of this company, they were called out to assess and then eventually replace a boiler which was done, but on the day of the fitting, property was stolen from my home whilst my wife and daughter were present, once we realised what had happened and that this had occurred whilst work was supposed to have been done, long story short the property was returned after the police had become involved. Use their services at your own risk.

Firstly I do not like giving bad reviews and I always like to support local small businesses But unfortunately I would never use this company again. I called them out to fix a problem with a boiler in my tenants house and firstly I explained that I didnt live there so I was given a time frame of the appointment which I thought was great, but unfortunately I waited over an hour and a half over my hours time slot so I had to leave a key out in the end and go as I was due back at work and couldnt wait any longer. I forgave this though as I do try to understand, but after having the work done and paying over 200 I unfortunately had to call them back as my tenants said its still not working properly. On calling them back I asked a handful of times if they were to come back to look at the boiler would I be changed for this? which the lady in the office said NO I would not be changed for them to come back out but if they find a new problem and have to buy parts I would be told first then its up to me to go ahead or not. I found this very reasonable and accepted them to come back to take a look. I met with the plumber where he checked if the water was heating up, and on him checking he noticed that a small switch wasnt put back on for the water to heat up, which he should have done the first time when he was there. He told me to call him if it still didnt work the following day, which I agreed. There was no mention of me being changed for anything and he did not need to buy any extra parts or come back for further work. So I left the house happy that it should now be ok for my tenants. Anyway a few weeks later I received another bill, and when I called and spoke to the same lady in the office she said I was billed for his work of running more tests ! I cant believe they had gone back on their word and he didnt do anything to justify charging more money and I would have not gone ahead if I was told. After debating paying the bill weeks later they called me and said I have to still pay. Its the principle of going back on your word that I am not happy with ! Dont they realise I would have used them again and I would have recommended them to others but now I feel forced to write a bad review and I will tell people not to use them.
