I can honestly say EWS Property Management Services offer and deliver an extremely poor service, for the privilege of being charged over 140.00 per annum what you will get is someone who comes round in the Spring and Summer months occasionally to cut the grass very badly etc there are unattended, messy and untouched areas and dead trees which they have been informed of numerous times and when this is pointed out to them nothing happens what you will get though is a rude reminder that you have to pay for this ! This matter is now being monitored and I will update this review soon

We have to pay this company every year to maintain public spaces on our freehold estate. Absolutely disgraceful that they charge each household 146.63 and the prices rise every year when you only see the lawns mown maybe once a year. They even have the audacity to charge homeowners for their accountancy fees, company administration, insurance and management fees. We also have a balancing pond fee - when we have no pond on our estate. The service charges should only cover general repairs and maintenance. Outrageous.
