Useless and not fit to be incharge of anything or people who are are in need. I have lived in a property for 6years and my windows have not been fixed, cleaning has not been carried out.

This company is by far the worst company ever! Ive had countless problems with my property and each time I have called them it takes them years to come and fix the issue! To the point where I have had to contact my local MP to get the issues solved because clearly they do not listen to their tenants. I have called them today to inform them that my boiler is not working which means I do not have any hot water, and my gas cooker is not working, I have told them I have a child at home who I have to cook for and feed. All I was told was that this would get passed on to maintenance and I will receive a phone call but Im pretty sure that will not happen at all and nobody will come and fix the issue. I have no clue how they priorities their jobs, but this is beyond absurd. If I can give them 0 stars I would, but I had to select 1 star to be able to post this review!

Hi I live at number 13 all saints road..we have been inundated with loads of large flies that are coming from the area where the gas boiler is we have killed over 30 flies and it is getting worrying would you please contact me either through this app or ring my phone number that you have stored for me.thank you Mr.Gary Bryant room 2.........after leaving this review I was contacted 8 AM the next day good service thank you

This company is the most annoying and useless company I have ever had to interact with... They take too long to respond to problems and then they like to talk to you like you're in the wrong, I've been living in the same property for the last 8 years and whenever I report problems they can never seem to let people know that they're actually coming to do the job...and when they do come they do just enough and don't actually solve the issue, I know for a fact I've done a better job maintaining this property than them! Today when trying to explain my problem the woman in maintenance, she tried to turn the problem around on me and wanted to talk over me instead of listening to the issue... This made me extremely angry and annoyed... They love to talk about recording conversations... I hope they recorded that one! What's the point of being there to call for help if you're not actually gonna listen to what people need help with... Stop doing the job if you don't like it, find something you can actually do because this line of work ain't for you Hun!!!
