        Post office not actually open on Saturday afternoon even though says 11pm online. The side bit at the tills doesn't count.

        Extremely rude staff. I have no idea why these women are still employed in a customer facing role. Very patronising, argumentative and disrespectful. I had very bad experience on 2 occasions before but my third one was the worst. The woman who served me, not only had no intention of trying to stop another customer raising his voice at me, trying to ridicule me and swearing but encouraged him to continue with his verbal abuse. After her encouragment the situation escalated and made me fear for my safety. I will not be back to this awful place again.

        This is a 5 star service i travel 7 miles to use this post office even though i have one 2 miles from me lovely obliging pleasant staff and a very quick delivery service for a very reasonable price thisipostpost office i use openong hour s
