Some of the staff offer a really poor service. Shame as it used to be a quick efficient service. More often on strike than not. update:24/04/2023 : if you want to know why courier companies are doing vastly better than royal mail, then look no further than this sorting office. Scales not working, and bumbling staff who are incapable of calculating the cost of two first class stamps without the till working. beyond useless.

Very poor lost my parcrel no could care its lost report and get back to you in 72 hours with a report was not scanded on the van meaning it has been stolen turn up when they fill like it and open moorside when they can be bothered

Asked for a package to be delivered on a Wednesday as I knew I wouldnt be home on the Tuesday. They tried on the Tuesday anyway (because why WOULD you listen?) and lo and beholdI wasnt in. I now have traipse to their sorting office yo pick it up. Hoping they will be openlast time I got there I found they were closed due to technical difficulties. When did this company become so incompetent?

Four weeks into a very poor delivery service for CO3 3QU . We subscribe to Radio Times but currently having to buy from a shop as they are not delivered until the RT is out of date. It seems to be particularly bad in our locality-

Very unhelpful, they have my parcels but won't give then to me or deliver them to me so how do i get my parcels?!
