We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. Their staff were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

I had no issue with the plumber who came to visit. He did a fine job. But when you call a company called Highwoods Emergency Plumber with an address in Highwood you expect a local plumber. But this is actually a company called Homeheat based in Southend. They charged me a fortune and failed to mention my price was plus VAT until I had paid. After researching their reviews for Highwoods Emergency Plumber and for Homeheat its self I can see many disgruntled clients and also lots of fake reveiws. BE WARNED! Service: Plumbing leak detection
