Update February 2020! Since working with Becky I can now ski for the first time in many years without using a knee brace. Becky runs pilates classes in the Colchester area that are fun and professional. She manages to enable her class to work out at different levels without disruption and is always ensuring that exercises are undertaken correctly.

I have been in and out of the gym all my life and I am enjoying this the most. Amazing core strengthening and stretching. Becky has a programme that enables you to work in a mixed ability class at your own level and feel comfortable doing so.

Joined a year ago after suffering with ongoing back issues. Has transformed me! Pilates Pathway is friendly, relaxing and allows you to work at your own pace. Oh...and no more back issues. Love it!

I so look forward to Pilates with Becky each week. Small classes with the right amount of support and encouragement to challenge and extend my fitness . The carefully thought out exercises with extension opportunities for all levels allow you to work at your own pace .Much improved core strength and less back pain is a big positive. Jane

Since joining the class, I have found the whole experience very enjoyable with the option of being able to work at different levels depending on the weeks aches and pains..! Becky has a great connection with everyone in the class and spends time with each individual to correct and help with the movement- exercise etc..I always come out a lot more relaxed than when i went in.. (I know this because I drive home a lot slower)..! Great work becky..
